Established 34 years ago, this highly regarded practice has consistently maintained a stellar reputation for providing expert physical therapy to people with varying orthopedic conditions and has maintained a strong commitment to clinical excellence.  The practice is proud to be the preferred physical therapy provider for the International Elite Program of the Central Park Track Club (4 of their athletes competed in the 2012 Olympics).  The practice also treats many professional musicians, including members of the Metropolitan Opera and Orchestra, New York City Ballet Orchestra and New York Philharmonic.   The practice has been a charter member of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network since 1994.

Established on the West Side of Manhattan in 1981, the practice has consistently maintained a gross revenue of approximately $1.2 million without marketing, even in challenging economic times.   In addition to a large referral base of over 500 physicians per year, the practice also receives 25% of its clients from personal referrals through Direct Access.  The practice is In-Network with Medicare, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford and Blue Cross Blue Shield.   It provides services Out-of-Network to all other insurers.
The practice is located in a newly renovated and attractively designed office space with spectacular Central Park and Columbus Circle views.  This prime real estate is located at a major transportation and business hub in Manhattan. The lease is transferable.

The practice has a remarkably loyal staff and a high retention rate with more than half employed between 11 and 20 years.  The professional staff consists of nine physical therapists and two massage therapists.  The physical therapists have advanced training: Orthopedic Certified Specialists (OCS), Orthotics Specialist, Certified Advanced Manual therapists, Guild Feldenkrais Practitioners, Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor.  The staff is proficient in Clinicient EMR and Practice Management.   All staff members are willing to stay beyond the acquisition.  Selling partners would like to exit management role but continue on a part-time basis.
