Coast Allied Health Consulting and Education, Inc. is an outpatient pediatric clinic  providing evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative services to children primarily ages 3–12, in both one-on-one and group settings.
Our therapists bring a combined 30+ years of pediatric experience, with advanced training in sensory integration and feeding. We specialize in supporting children impacted by trauma — helping them rebuild a sense of safety, competence, and connection — as well as children with developmental and learning differences, including Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.

WE ARE EXPANDING TO INCLUDE SPEECH THERAPY and HAVE a NEW LEADERSHIP POSITION AVAILABLE

We are looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist ready to step into a director-level role and launch our speech therapy division from the ground up. This is a true leadership opportunity: you will have the freedom to design a program that reflects your clinical philosophy and professional goals, while being fully supported by an established, referral-rich pediatric practice. You won’t need to worry about building a caseload from scratch — our existing clients and referral network are ready and waiting for the speech services we know families need.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Design and launch the speech-language pathology program, shaping services, structure, and clinical approach to fit your expertise and vision
• Provide direct speech and language evaluation and treatment to pediatric clients
• Set the standard of care as the program grows
• Collaborate closely with our team of experienced OTs for an integrated, whole-child approach to care
• Build out future hiring, protocols, and program structure as the division expands

Pay commenserate with experience, with flexible hours to start as the Speech program grows – full benefit package as position becomes full time. 

Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Part-Time | In Person | $65+/hour

We specialize in supporting children impacted by trauma — helping them rebuild a sense of safety, competence, and connection — as well as children with developmental and learning differences, including Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS
