Melville, NY       White Plains, NY       Silver Spring, MD         Fairfax, VA

The rooms are being sublet for $1500/month and are suitable for OT, ST, or PT. They are available Monday – Friday 8AM to 7PM and Saturdays from 8AM to 2PM.  Providers are be permitted to bring their own equipment.  There is full use of the waiting rooms, and bathrooms at each location, and you will be able to receive mail and use the internet. All of the locations have ample onsite parking and are in residential areas.
There are opportunities for cross referrals in all the locations. This can be a great way to jumpstart a provate practice or have a targeted second satelite location.
