Creative Wonders Therapy Center is an outpatient pediatric therapy center that provides therapy and counseling for special needs children throughout Westchester and Putnam County. This is a great part time position with some flexibility for hours, averaging 60-70 hours per month currently with the possibility of full-time work with added responsibilities. Scope of work includes billing for services for early intervention, preschool, private and some school aged district work, and will also be responsible for billing/payroll discrepancies and reconciliation. You will interact with the providers, the admin team and at times other school and agency personnel.

Qualifications: Ideally the candidate has experience in school system billing, and with Provider Soft but we are willing to train the right candidate.  We are looking for someone with good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and able to multitask as part of an active team.

Compensation: Hourly or annualized with benefits depending on needs of the candidate and experience level.
