FACILITIES:
The primary clinic is centrally located. It is an ADA compliant, easily accessible building with its own private parking lot. The 2700 square facility includes 4 physical therapy treatment rooms on the main level, a gym area, front office, kitchen/break room, bathroom and small back office. Three of the private treatment rooms each have electric hi-low tables in good to excellent condition. The gym area is fully equipped with exercise equipment, treadmill, recumbent bike, balance tools, physioballs, US/ES all in good to excellent condition. There is more than enough space for expansion and exploration of sublet opportunities for complementary services.
There is a secondary satellite location within a sports training site in the community that serves professional and non professional athelites.
STAFF:
In addition to the owner there is currently there is 1 Full-time Physical Therapist and 2 Part-time Physical Therapists who are each .75 FTE’s. as well as long standing front and back office staff, all eager to stay under new ownership. .
