Pediatrics Therapy Clinic is expanding and is looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone with a healthcare background but not necessarily a PT OT or ST. The clinic offers both onsite and community-based services and is dedicated to providing quality services to the families they serve while supporting the clinical staff in a professional environment. The company works with children and their families mainly through the Regional Centers and Easter Seals and currently provides approximately 1000 sessions of therapy monthly.

Our goal is to find a team leader who can promote and maintain an efficient, effective, and positive work environment by identifying and resolving issues, maintain consistent application of policies and procedures, recommend improved workplace practice, and  can manage clinical employees while also interfacing with the clients we serve. This includes managing administrative staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving the clinic’s financial success.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting child development and patient services.  This person should have proven leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational skills with a working familiarity with compliance issues and financial acumen.

Currently, this is a 20 hour in person per week position but can grow into a fulltime opportunity as the clinic continues to grow. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. A full job description is available upon request.
