Back into Balance PT, an established Physical Therapy office is looking to hire a physical therapist that would like to work in an environment that treats only one patient per hour and evolve with our team of  six highly experienced PT’s. We seek a knowledgeable PT who demonstrates excellent rapport with patients, open communication skills through challenges, utilizes intuitive decision making skills and has a strong desire to learn. 

We treat primarily adult orthopedic and some neurological diagnoses. Our philosophy is holistically based in we comprehensively evaluate and treat the entire body. Our goal is to uncover a patient’s underlying etiology instead of treating just the pain in our 75-minute evaluation. We educate our patients and create a program including strategies that emphasize prevention and also offer community based services including classes in our newly opened  Balance Lab.
Salary range is from $90,000-$120,000 depending on experience and customized benefit package.
