Lifespan Speech and Swallowing Services PLLC is a small but growing  private practice clinic located in Central New York  treating  both children and adults. They offer speech, language, feeding/swallowing, voice and cognitive therapy for people across the lifespan.  They also offer fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation (FEES)  of swallowing and videostroboscopy. Passionate about what they do, they have already  developed a reputation as a patient centered clinic that works hard to provide the best services possible for their  patients with their  highest priority being  to provide the most up to date, evidence-based treatments.”

The clinic has been in business for 1.5 years, with about 60% peds and 40% adults in their caseload. In addition to the practice owner, there is a fulltime SLP, a part time SLP and two administrative assistants/ billers.  All are eager to stay on. The office has a 3-year lease left on a 1,000 sq ft space with  4 individual offices, a waiting room and a kitchenette area. The clinic is located in Liverpool, NY right outside of Syracuse and it is near the thruway so it is easily accessible to the Central New York area.  The lease is reasonable and transferable. The clinic is in network with  Medicare, BCBS and  Aetna and is pending approval with UHC. The practice has over 165 productive sessions monthly, and typically do   2-3 new evaluations a week. The practice is on track to gross approximately $170,000 in 2021. They  also contract with 2 local nursing homes and we anywhere from 2-5 FEES a month in addition to the clinic visits.

The practice owns an endoscope and all the equipment that goes with that for FEES assessments and videostroboscopy valued at  $20,000.Additional assets include $2,500 in speech and language assessments, $1,100 in computers and then all of the desks and chairs etc are probably worth another $2000.
