The owner of a well established longstanding orthopedic physical therapy practice on the South shore of Suffolk County NY is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial physical therapist looking to come in as a partner and eventually buy out the current owner.

Established over 15 years ago, the practice consistently gross over $400,000. The ADA compliant office is fully equipped with over 2300 square feet with a gym and private treatment areas. There are 2 full time PTs including the current owner along with 1 full time aide, and 1 part time aide. The practice averages around 120 sessions a week, gets 4-5 new patients per week and treats both children and adults.They are currently In network with BC/BS, Oxford, The Empire Plan, and Medicare and OON with Aetna, Cigna,Magnacare,Emblem, HIP, and GHI. They also work with No Fault and workers compensation clients as well.

The current owner will consider both partnership or full acquisition offers, starting with a $100,000 buy in option, or a full buy out at $150,000. All staff including the current owner willing to stay on under new ownership.
