OVERVIEW
This well-established and highly regarded practice specializes in the treatment of sensory processing disorder and autism, with a focus on client- and family-centered interventions for individuals across the lifespan. The practice has an excellent reputation and long-standing relationships within the community, including those with physicians, naturopaths, area clinic owners, parents, and educators. Referral sources include local medical offices, alternative healthcare providers, and a significant number of clients based on word-of-mouth.

The practice has ongoing contracts with most major insurance plans including Regence, Aetna, MODA, Regence BCPS, and Cigna. The practice has 3 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees with a current capacity for over 300 client/hours per month while following COVID safety guidelines. Telehealth sessions are included in the daily session count, and have allowed access to clients in more remote areas. New evaluations are scheduled regularly, and the practice works from an ongoing waiting list. Pre-COVID monthly session average was close to 400 sessions.

FACILITIES
The clinic is over 3,000 square feet and fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. It includes three fully equipped sensory gyms with additional small therapy rooms. It is accessible by mass transit and close to major thoroughfares. The leases are reasonable and transferable.

IT CAPABILITIES
The office uses HIPAA compliant EMR and email/cloud storage for most communication and documentation and works with an external billing team. The clinic is wired for two-line phone capacity and utilizes HIPAA compliant RingCentral for fax communications. Google Suite with BAA is utilized for email, clinic document storage, staff and community forms, and a portfolio of resources and office management.

CURRENT STAFF
Currently there are 4 highly trained OTs and a skilled office manager on staff. In addition, the clinic is actively seeking a 5^th OT and an office administrator. The staff are a closely-knit, highly trained, and team oriented. All staff members are eager to stay on under new ownership.

FINANCIAL OVERVIEW
Full financial information including but not limited to profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and tax returns for the last three years are available for inspection. The net profits grew in 2020 despite a year of unpredictability amid global pandemic. Gross revenue for the company have stayed strong and are projected to increase in 2021. Gross Revenue for 2018 was over $600K, 2019 over $650K and 2020 over 525K. Net profits, including add-backs, have been close to $100,00.
