This pediatric occupational therapy practice, started in 2020 is for sale.  Since its inception, this practice has grown significantly and currently provides over 200  sessions monthly with over 50 children on program. Approximately 8-10 new referrals are received per month from area speech pathologists, pediatricians and neurologists.
The practice is in network with over 8 carriers including  Horizon BCBC, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Amerihealth, Magnacare,  There is a team of 3 OTs and 2 COTAs  all eager to stay under new ownership.

Facility and Location
The office space is 1,500 square feet, ADA compliant and has ample parking. There is a full sensory gym complete with climbing wall, various suspended equipment, monkey bar, zip track, gym mats, crash pads, full wall mirror, scooter ramp and slides. There is a variety of  toys and therapy materials, foams, etc. and  standardized assessments (PDMS-2, BOT-2, SPM and SPM-P)  In addition to the larger sensory gym there is a  “smaller gym”  with the scooter ramp and 2 rooms,  a waiting area in the front next to the front desk, and a  private bathroom.

The office is located in the heart of the Raritan Valley District of NJ and considered in the heart of the commerical hub of Central New Jersey

Full financial information but not limited to profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and tax returns for the last two years are available for review. This is a turn-key operation with much opportunity for continued growth. Gross revenue projection for 2021 is $150,000.00.
Current owners can stay on for a reasonable transition period.
