Overview – An autism specialty practice that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Kings County, Washington (west central)  is for sale. One of the first in the region, this ABA company has built a strong reputation in the community, a steady referral base and stable staffing and clientele. The clinic currently delivers approximately 2,500-3,000 ABA  hours per month.

Facilities and Location – The 2300 plus square foot fully renovated clinic is housed in “Class A” office space, with private parking lot and upgraded amenities. The facility is fully ADA-compliant, has a reception area, waiting area, six therapy rooms, two restrooms, a file room/business office, large common area and staff kitchen. There is also outdoor space which has been  modified for year-round use. The practice owner owns the real estate and would give any buyer a favorable lease, and the rights to first refusal to buy the premises if it comes up for sale.

Staff – Current staff includes an Executive Director/BCBA, Office Manager/Receptionist,  Medical Billing Specialist and an  ABA Administrative Assistant/Scheduler.  ABA clinical staff include an ABA Clinical Director/BCBA Supervisor, 6 BCBA/Program Supervisors, 1 LABA/BCaBA Program Manager,  11 CBT’s, and two BCBA students who are not yet licensed as LABAs.  It is anticipated that all staff would stay on under new ownership and the practice owner is willing to stay on for a reasonable transition period.
