Speak Out New York has been serving the downtown community for over 17 years. They recently moved to a newly renovated multi- level location in TriBeCa and are now looking to share their 3000 square foot office space with a pediatric OT or PT.  The practice has a fully equipped sensory gym with an optional separate fine motor room ( 22×15) available for sublet immediately. The sublet also includes its own private bathroom. The space has a cafe serving nutritious smoothies, coffees/teas and specialty drinks.  Speak Out New York is well known in the community and treats children with a variety of challenges including Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Articulation, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social Communication Disorders Executive Functioning Deficits and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, or AD/HD among others.
