BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND:
A long time well established and highly regarded multidisciplinary pediatric practice is for sale due to the upcoming semi-retirement of some of its owners. The practice provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies including evaluations and treatment for children from birth through young adults with a team and community approach throughout the Southern Colorado region over several counties.

Typically, the practice averages approximately 500 productive visits per week and receives approximately 15 to 20 new patients per month. Referrals are currently steady and increasing. Treatment sessions are generally 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and the practice consistently generates over $2.2 M. The practice is in network with all major carriers.

All staff are carefully selected by the owners and are well trained and mentored within their respective fields. All professional staff are qualified, specially trained personnel credentialed and submitted for Colorado background checks and licensed by the state of Colorado.

FACILITY:
The practice is housed in an ADA commercial building with over 6500 square feet top office space includes large and small gym areas, 13 treatment rooms, a kitchen, a feeding room, 4 bathrooms, front desk, and waiting room, office space with 15 designated seating desk spaces for each PT/OT clinicians, an all-purpose /kitchen staff room, and a conference room. The lower level adds an additional 6 offices, 2 bathrooms and a large Sensory Gym totaling the center space to 9000 square feet. The practice is fully equipped, and all equipment is part of the sale. The practice owners own the building through a separate corporation and the currently lease is $9500.00/month.
There is free ample parking including handicapped parking. The office hours are from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 7:30 to 5:30 pm on Fridays. We have access to the office 24/7.

The practice utilizes electronic billing via web-based electronic medical recording. There is a Computer Network, File Server, Multiple Workstations, Printers, Wireless Router and Cable Internet. Providers utilize Fusion EMR Portal including scheduling, documenting patient daily treatment notes, evaluations, home programs, in house communication, and Telehealth. ADP manages the payroll account.

CURRENT STAFF:
4 Full time Physical Therapists (including 1 partner) and 1 Part time PTA, 4 Full time Occupational Therapists (including 1 partner) and 3 Part time Occupational Therapists, 5 Full Time Speech Language Pathologists, 1 Part time and 1 Per diem Speech Pathologist performing Telehealth services. We also employ l Full time office /billing manager, l full time and l part time billing specialists, 2 full time Front Desk Receptionists, 1 Full time HR/Administrative Assistant, 1 Full time Comprehensive Evaluation Clinic Coordinator /Family Advocate and one contract Developmental Pediatrician.
