Sense-Abilities Pediatric Therapy Services, a well-established and highly regarded private practice is
seeking a full-time pediatric occupational therapist to join the practice in Eldersburg, MD.  Sense-
Abilities is a pediatric therapy practice that prides itself in working together with our families to plan and
implement intervention programs that assist our children with reaching their fullest potential for
success at home, school, and in the community. Position is available January 1 2024.
The compensation package is tailored to your needs and can be per visit at $45-$60 per visit or an
annualized salary package starting at $70,000+ . Benefits include flexible scheduling, yearly continuing
education stipend, monthly healthcare stipend and earned paid time off. You must be willing to work
until 6:30 3 days per week, with a flexible start time.
Requirements include a Masters/Doctorate degree from an accredited school or program, Current
Maryland OT license and a minimum of two years’ experience working with a pediatric population
preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, including standardized testing and clinical observations
Determine areas of concern, identify goals, and develop and administer treatment plans for clients
including development of home exercise programs when appropriate!
Manage and communicate weekly schedule
Demonstrate positive interaction with co-workers, clients and families, treating all with respect and
responsiveness to their needs and adaptability to new people, procedures, and situations
Follows AOTA guidelines for ethical and high-quality job performance and exhibit knowledge of health
and safety for the children and yourself
Ability to manage schedule, demonstrate good time management skills and identify and pursue
appropriate continuing education courses
