This well established and highly regarded  pediatric practice specializes in sensory processing, autism spectrum, and client-centered development for children from birth until 21 years of age. The practice has ongoing  contracts with most major insurance plans including Regence, Premera, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, Coordinated Care, and Molina. IT CAPABILITIES
The office uses HIPAA compliant EMR and email/cloud storage for most communication and documentation. The EMR is hosted by Fusion Web Clinic,  Fusion Web Clinic also provides our billing services as an adjunct to their in-house authorization/verification team. The clinic is wired for two-line phone capacity and a unique fax numbe and  utilizes HIPAA compliant RingCentral for fax communications. Google Suite with BAA is utilized for email, clinic document storage, staff and community forms, and a portfolio of resources and training for  staff. Recent Wireless Router and Cable Internet updates were made in early 2020. 

CURRENT STAFF
Currently there are  5 full-time OTs, hourly staff and one  part-time clinical staff. In addition there is a  full-time office manager and therapy aide/receptionist, and part-time invoicing/AR specialist The therapy staff, is a closely-knit, highly trained and skilled team.  Everyone is eager to stay on under new ownership.
