After serving South Central Texas for 33 years, the owner of a very well established and highly respected multidisciplinary/multi office practice is looking for the right entity to take over the practice. The practice is extremely well known, has served thousands of children with varying neurodevelopmental challenges and has extremely deep roots in the surrounding professional medical and educational networks. This is an excellent opportunity for a practice looking to grow and expand upon existing multiple revenue streams and specialty
programs.

Each clinic is located in prime areas and centrally located.. Clinics are fully built out, 3700 and 1200 square feet spaces have both private treatment areas and sensory gyms. The clinic currently employees 2 full-time and 7 part-time speech-language pathologists. Most therapists have been serving at this clinic for extensive lengths of time, and it is likely they would stay on with new ownership. We have a long patient waitlist for occupational therapy and are still actively recruiting to fill this position.

The clinic has a strong support/business staff and handles all billing in-house with a very low AR. It is anticipated office staff would want to maintain employment under new ownership. The business bills in network with BCBS UHC, Curative, Multiplan, Medicaid, Community First, Baylor Scott and White Health Plans. They are  out-of-network  with others, and have contracts outside of insurance. The practice works with a very wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. Interventions include oral motor, feeding/swallowing, apraxia, stuttering, social skills, learning disabilities, sensory
processing, AAC and ASD.

There are currently over 100 active clients with approximately 135 visits per week. Visits have declined with the absence of OT. The practice averages 12 new referrals per month, and an average of 9 new patients per month (with a low of 3 in December to a high of 16 in January).This has been higher in the past with the availability of OT. Gross revenue exceeds $1M.
