About Us – The Continuum is a unique outpatient community based intergeneration rehabilitation center located in Reno, Nevada. We are committed to working with all ages of clients and offer a variety of innovative programs, both center and community based, providing over 19,000 treatment session in 2021.  Our 16,000 square foot center is fully equipped with separate areas and gyms for our pediatric and adult clients. Centrally located in the “biggest little city in the world”, an added plus is its close proximity to Lake Tahoe and the great outdoors!

Pediatrics – We are an  approved Early Intervention Providers, have active private school contracts and offer an onsite preschool  program.

Adults – We have  an adult day care program, a specialized Home Modification division, a Parkinson’s Disease program as well as a Fitness/Lifestyle program.

Openings for Physical and Occupational Therapists – We need additional Nevada licensed PTs and OTs for both our pediatrics and adult programs to join our team of 12 therapists.. We are very flexible and will  customize a job opportunity tailored to you and your needs.
