KidsThriveNYC is a well established and highly regarded private Occupational Therapy practice with locations on the Upper East Side and Midtown.  They work primarily with children 2-12 years of age who have sensory processing challenges. Continuing to expand, they will soon have a second suite of offices in their East 79 Street location.  As big believers in collaborating with other disciplines and service providers to help families  receive broad based services, they are eager to sublet part of their new space to like minded colleagues of different disciplines. They know the importance of communication and cross referring with trusted colleagues when working with children and their families.

They are eager to find additional professionals who work with children and would like to find a permanent place to provide services.  This can include:

• Tutors
• Parent Advocates
• Speech Pathologists
• Physical Therapists

The office is clean, spacious, and will have space for 1:1 private treatment rooms as well as  area too run small groups host parent groups etc.  There will be space for you to have equipment, signage and essentially be a collaborator on the team.  Wifi, cleaning and utilities are included.

Rent is reasonable; they are looking for the right professional who can thrive in the environment.
