The gym is located in a  family-centered residential community in Bergen County that offers invaluable support to children, families, and small businesses. The gym is ideal for children of all abilities and ages with access to a standard sized trampoline, a zipline, and a variety of sensory swings, including a bolster swing.

Current programming at the gym includes scheduled play dates, open play time, reservation for birthday parties and other milestone family events as well as collaboration with many community-based for both  neurotypical and atypical children. There are additional multiple revenue streams from party add-ons, field trips, classes and merchandise.

The gym is currently open 7 days a week from 9am – 3pm for Open Play and 3pm -6pm for Private Play with reservations required. It already has over 40 confirmed bookings for parties as well in 2023.
There is currently one manager working 30 hours per week and four part-time college students who work on an as needed basis.  It is anticipated that they will stay under new ownership. The gym has a clean database of 3000 clients. The gym has fully rebounded from COVID and is on track for 2023 to exceed any previous year.

The gym is located in a fully occupied mall 5 minutes from major highways Rt17 and The Garden State Parkway. This is a turnkey fully built out location. The space is 2400 usable square feet, fully equipped with sensory equipment including but not limited to trampolines, rope walls, ziplines, monkey bars, mats etc. A full equipment list is available for review.  There are two ADA compliant bathrooms located at the front and rear of the gym and an office space with a bathroom.  The current lease is $3500 per month and runs for three additional years.  It is transferrable and renewable upon landlord approval. Suitability for Therapist Ownership
This gym is an ideal opportunity for a pediatric PT, OT or ST who is looking for a fantastic foundation upon which to build a practice or open a second, complementary or satellite location. In previous years, local pediatric therapists have successfully rented the space on an hourly basis for 1:1 and group sessions.  In addition, the gym is already well known by families and community groups that serve the special needs community.
