This 2 part webinar is geared specifically for PTs OTs and STs and other health professionals in the beginning stages of launching a new product for sale in mass market channels. Therapists are uniquely skilled at creating bespoke solutions to improve daily function for their patients, and many of these products can be translated into successful product offerings to a broader audience. The purpose of this webinar is to offer a concrete, step by step approach to thinking about launching a product-based business and discussing many of the business aspects to scaling and achieving commercial success. Enrollment is limited so there can be live interaction between attendees.

Becca Davison is the Co-Founder and CEO of UnbuckleMe, an innovative, patented tool that makes it easy for adults to unbuckle a child’s car seat. Becca is passionate about entrepreneurship and launched her business in partnership with her mother, Barbara Heilman, who is an Occupational Therapist and founding member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). Barbara invented UnbuckleMe to solve her own problem with CMC joint arthritis, and Becca successfully brought the product to market. Becca and Barbara pitched UnbuckleMe on ABC’s Shark Tank this past May and received offers from all 5 sharks. Becca has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and has worked for 10+ years in management consulting for Fortune 500 companies. She recently launched a consulting company to work with therapists and others looking to bring a product to market.
