Buyer’s Personal Financial Statement

One of the important steps in any practice sale is making sure the potential buyer is the best fit for your practice from many perspectives. In addition to making sure your therapy sensibilities align to a certain extent, you also want to make sure that they have the financial means to acquire your practice outright, or at least qualify for a loan, and are not just on what is commonly called a “fishing” expedition without any serious intentions.
