More and more practices are paying for staff continuing education as part of their professional development, as a retention strategy etc.
For those of you who pay for therapists to take continuing education courses as part of their employment package, you might want to consider protecting your investment by putting stipulations in place, especially if the course is pricy. This one-page form spells out conditions upon which you pay for CE, but also when a therapist is required to reimburse the payment if certain criteria etc. is not met, especially length of employment.
